I was so excited when I found out that I had won Shannon Hayes' book, Radical Homemakers, on Homegrown.org, I told everyone I could about it. The package arrived a week later and I ripped it open. What a treat to discover that Shannon had even autographed it for me *squeal!* It totally made my day when this arrived, and I couldn't wait to get started on it. So, I kicked back next to my burn barrel, drank my yerba tea and started reading it aloud to my own little homemakers.
