absent minded? nah, just distracted

I feel like it's been awhile since I've been here. I've hit a road block of sorts - there is so much going on in this house it's driving me nuts. We're doing a remodel on our downstairs -pictures to come, the kids are out of school, we've had the in-laws visiting, and we are going through a horrendous spell of the terrible two's.

I've got some great recipes to share soon and a new menu plan, including a weeks' worth of camping meals.
